Yes. You may purchase a Gift Card online from our Fairlane Town Center website, shopfairlane.com. Click on the "Gift Card" link on the home page and read the instructions on how to order a Gift Card online.
Complimentary wheelchairs are available at the Main Information Desk located on the lower level center court, as well as at the information booth located in the Lifestyle Cafe / Foodcourt.
However we no longer provide strollers.
Please report any lost or found items to a Customer Service Repesentative at one of our two Information Desks or to a Security Officer.
Lost and Found items are held in the Security Office or at the store in which the item was found.
There are three locations for public phones.

Yes. Fairlane Town Center sells Mall Gift Cards, that can be used at
participating stores and restaurants at Fairlane Town Center and any other Taubman shopping center. Available
in any denomination between $20-$300. A one-time $2.50 processing fee is applied to each card purchased.
For more information on our Gift Cards please visit www.giftcard.taubman.com, or visit any information desk for a list of non-participating stores. These are sold at the Main Information Desk, located on the lower-level court, as well as the Information booth located inside of the Lifestyle Cafe.
Mall gift cards can be redeemed at stores and restaurants that except American Express, including Macy's, JCPenney and Sears. Please visit any information desk for a list of non-participating stores.
Fairlane Town Center Gift Cards have a "Valid Thru" date on the back of each card. The Gift Card is not valid after the last day of the month listed but the funds do not expire. However after the thirteenth month $2.00 will be deducted each month from your total amount on your card.
Yes. Fairlane Town Center has a Security Department.

For Your Assistance!
Our Security Police Department is staffed with highly trained uniformed officers who are prepared to assist you with your needs. If you are in need of assistance or have questions, you may contact our security department at (313) 593-3386. While at the shopping center don't hesitate to use the customer call boxes located throughout our parking lots (marked by blue canopies), ask any uniformed officer for help, or stop by one of the customer service / information desks inside the shopping center.
Our security officers, in addition to their normal duties, can help you with the following:
* Vehicle Lock Outs - Locked your keys in your car? A security officer will respond directly to your vehicle and give the needed assistance.
* Jump Starts - Dead Battery? A security officer will provide a jump start to get you on your way.
* Lost Vehicle - Not sure where you parked? A security mobile patrol will help you find your car.
* Escort - Need special assistance? A security officer or mobile patrol can escort you to your destination within any of its parking areas.

There are three ATM (automated teller machines) within Fairlane Town Center.
1. Lower level - near Center court by glass elevators.
2. Upper level - near JCPenney and Mrs. Field's Original Cookie.
3. Upper level - Life Style Cafe / Foodcourt.
In the JCPenney Court:
Chris Byars, a Colorado artist, constructed a 25 foot high sculpture that consists of eleven vertically arranged half-cycle modules. The sculpture is made from roll-formed and plate steel and weighs about four tons.
In the Macy's Court:
Paying special tribute to the automotive industry, Armand Arman, a famed French artist, created a progressive spiral configuration made from a series of truck grill guards provided by the Ford Motor Company.
In the Sears Court:
David Barr, a well-known Southeast Michigan artist, constructed a 6-ton tower displaying the mathematical progression-regression and a systematic cleavage and rotation of colored forms. The stacked boxes are painted in shades of brown and blue.
There are three bathroom locations in the Center.
On the lower-level:
Family, men's and women's restrooms are located near Center Court.
On the upper-level:
Family, men's and women's restrooms are located in the Lifestyle Cafe / Food Court. Men's and women's individual restrooms are located near JCPenney next to AT&T.
Yes. We have an area for toddlers and small children to play in. On the upper-level inside the Lifestyle Cafe / Foodcourt we have a small cushioned "Lily Pad" pads and flowers play area. We also have several coin-operated rides located next to this play area.
