Located in the Lifestyle Cafe Food Court on the upper level near Sears. A great place for toddlers to play and parents to relax.
FAIRLANE TOWN CENTER GIFT CARDS:
You can now purchase Fairlane Town Center gift cards on-line! Give the gift of choice with Fairlane Town Center gift cards. Fairlane Town Center gift cards can be used at participating stores and restaurants at Fairlane Town Center and any other Taubman shopping center. Available in any denomination between $20-$300. A one-time $2.50 processing fee is applied to each card purchased. ADULT SUPERVISION POLICY
For the safety of our customers and retailers, individuals under the age of 18 visiting Fairlane Town Center after 5 p.m. must be accompanied by a supervising adult 21 years of age or older. This policy applies seven days a week.
IDENTIFICATION
All guests must carry and be prepared to show appropriate identification with proof of age during the Adult Supervision Policy hours. Acceptable identification includes a driver's license, state identification card, college or military ID, visa or passport. Customers under 18 must remain in the company of the adult supervisor at all times.
POLICY ENFORCEMENT
If Fairlane Town Center Security Police determine an individual is under 18 and not accompanied by an adult after 5 p.m. they will be escorted from the Center. Assistance will be given if an individual needs help contacting an adult.
EMPLOYEES UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE
Employees under 18 years of age who work at the Center may continue to work within their store during Policy hours. Persons under 18 years of age must adhere to the Adult Supervision Policy if their shift ends during Policy hours. Employees of the Center must be prepared to show valid ID and proof of employment.
RULES OF CONDUCT
To assure a safe and comfortable shopping experience, all customers are expected to follow our Rules of Conduct. Rules of Conduct are displayed on signage throughout the Center and available at the Information Desks. Violators of this policy and these codes will be asked to leave and may be subject to expulsion, banning, arrest and/or prosecution.
Fairlane Town Center Security Police Officers are certified with arrest powers pursuant to Michigan Public Act 330.
Fairlane Town Center is a privately-owned property.
FAQs ABOUT OUR NEW POLICY
Q. What will happen if I am under 18 and here after 5 p.m.?
A. You will be asked to leave the Center. You may contact Security Police if you require assistance securing a ride. Go to the Information Desk and ask a Customer Service Representative to contact Security for you.
Q. What if my ride doesn't arrive on time and I'm here after 5 p.m.?
A. If your ride is on its way, you'll be permitted to wait at your designated meeting place. If you are unable to locate your ride, you may contact Security Police for assistance. Go to the Information Desk and ask a Customer Service Representative to contact Security for you.
Q. Do I have to come to the Center with my parents after 5 p.m.?
A. Any responsible adult 21 years or older may accompany you.
Q. What if I come to the Center with an adult, but we want to shop at different stores?
A. If you are under 18 you must be accompanied by an adult at all times during Policy hours.
Q. Do the department stores have the same Policy?
A. The department stores do not have this Policy. However, as a partner with Fairlane Town Center, they will be assisting us in its enforcement.
Q. What if I am shopping in the Center during the day and want to see a movie that starts after 5 p.m.?
A. You will not be allowed in the Center without adult supervision. Plan your movie times according to the Policy or arrange to arrive at the theatre just prior to movie start time.
